Graphic Designer

Role and Responsibility -- Conceptualize visuals based on requirements.
- Upskill to keep up to date with the latest tools and technologies.
- Study existing visuals, identify flaws, and create solutions to improve design capabilities.
- Obtain input from managers and ensure that the designs meet organizational standards.
- Develop illustrations, logos, and other designs using software or by hand.
- Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand.
- Use the appropriate colours and layouts for each graphic.
- Work with copywriters and creative director to produce final design and text graphics across various media.
- Prepares final layout by marking and pasting up finished copy and art.
- Managing clients’ proposals from typesetting through to graphic design, print, and production.
- Coordinating with outside agencies, art services, web designers, and colleagues as necessary.
- Portfolio of work with a wide range of creative projects.
- Amend designs after feedback.

Key skills
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in a creative and fine art & graphic designing field.
- Proficiency in programs such as adobe suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere pro).
- Knowledge of layouts, graphic fundamentals, typography, print and web.
- Familiarity with design software and new technologies.
- Excellent written and verbal Communication Skills.
- Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines and strong analytical skills.
