**Have to report to F & B manager on time & shift directed by your HOD.**
- Responsible for receiving the guests, taking orders, and serving food and beverages to guests.
- Present the menu card to the guests.
- Ask the guest about their food or beverage preference.
- Ensure the dishes are served in the correct sequence as per standard procedures.
- Ensure the correct dish is served along with the appropriate cutlery to a guest where multiple orders have been placed.
- Storage and maintenance procedure for cutlery, condiments, and other dining accessories.
- Details of items available on the menu, especially the specials for the day.
- Also train the jr. staff on regular basis.

Kindly note your job responsibility is not exclusive of above mentioned points only and may include more task assigned by your HOD.
