**Responsibilities**:

- Provide comprehensive guidance and counselling to students on the IELTS and PTE exams, including test format, preparation strategies, and study materials.
- Assess students' language proficiency level through initial evaluations and recommend appropriate English language programs based on their goals and requirements.
- Design personalized study plans tailored to individual students' strengths, weaknesses, and timelines.
- Deliver engaging and interactive IELTS and PTE coaching sessions to students, covering all four language skills (listening, reading, writing, and speaking).
- Track students' progress through regular assessments, mock tests, and feedback sessions, providing them with constructive criticism and suggestions for improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest changes and trends in the IELTS and PTE exams and incorporate relevant updates into teaching materials and coaching strategies.
- Conduct research on universities, programs, and scholarship opportunities worldwide, and maintain an extensive database of relevant information to assist students in making informed decisions.
- Keep accurate records of student interactions, progress, and outcomes, maintaining confidentiality and data protection standards.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Education, Linguistics, English Literature, etc.) is preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an IELTS and/or PTE Admission Counsellor or a related role in the education industry is desirable.
- In-depth knowledge and understanding of the IELTS and PTE exams, including test formats, scoring systems, and assessment criteria.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with students from diverse cultural backgrounds.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively explain complex concepts and provide feedback.
- Proven track record of helping students achieve their desired scores in the IELTS and PTE exams.
- Familiarity with overseas education systems, admission requirements, and visa procedures.
- Proficiency in using technology for teaching and communication purposes.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
- Fluency in English is mandatory; proficiency in additional languages will be an added advantage.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
