Job Summary:
The Execution Purchase is responsible for overseeing and managing the procurement process within the restaurant. This role ensures the timely and efficient purchase of all necessary goods and services required for smooth restaurant operations. The Execution Purchase works closely with suppliers, vendors, and internal stakeholders to maintain inventory levels, negotiate pricing, and ensure quality standards are met.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Procurement Management:
Develop and implement procurement strategies, policies, and procedures to optimize purchasing activities.

Identify and evaluate potential suppliers, negotiate contracts, and establish terms and conditions for procurement.

Collaborate with internal teams, including the kitchen, bar, and management, to determine procurement needs and specifications.

Vendor Management:
Maintain a database of approved suppliers and vendors, ensuring they meet quality, safety, and sustainability standards.

Continuously evaluate vendor performance, including delivery times, pricing, and product quality.

Resolve any issues or disputes with vendors and implement corrective actions as necessary.

Purchase Order Processing:
Generate purchase orders based on inventory needs, ensuring accuracy and adherence to budgetary constraints.

Review and analyze purchase requisitions, verifying specifications, quantities, and delivery requirements.

Monitor purchase orders to ensure timely delivery and resolve any discrepancies or delays.

Inventory Control:
Maintain optimal inventory levels by monitoring stock levels, conducting regular audits, and forecasting demand.

Implement inventory control systems to minimize waste, spoilage, and loss.

Collaborate with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure proper stock rotation and minimize out-of-stock situations.

Cost Management:
Conduct market research to identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality or service standards.

Monitor and analyze market trends and pricing fluctuations, making recommendations to improve cost efficiencies.

Collaborate with the finance department to track and analyze procurement expenses and prepare reports.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
