**Job Overview**

We’re looking for a **creative and hands-on Graphic Design Associate** to join our growing team. You’ll play a key role in bringing our brand to life — from designing packaging and marketing materials to leading social media shoots and editing quick-turnaround reels.

You’ll be involved in visual storytelling that connects with our audience across platforms. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced startup and is excited to take creative ownership.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Social-First Visuals**: Lead creative shoots for social media reels and photos — your phone is your best creative tool.
- **Marketing Collateral**: Design posters, brochures, banners, and digital content for campaigns and events.
- **Branding, Packaging & Merch**: Help shape our visual identity across packaging, merchandise, and branding projects.
- **Visual Branding**: Build and maintain a vibrant, health-forward brand aesthetic for Morning Fresh.
- **Print Design**: Create print-ready assets for marketing materials, events, and retail visibility.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with marketing, product, and sales teams to execute visual strategies.
- **Photoshoots**: Plan and execute in-studio and on-location shoots that reflect the brand’s personality.

**Skills & Qualifications**
- Strong proficiency in **Adobe Creative Suite** (especially Photoshop).
- Experience in **web and UI design**.
- Knowledge of **video editing software**; reel editing experience preferred.
- Ability to shoot **aesthetic visuals using a mobile phone**.
- Comfortable using **AI tools** to enhance visual design and creative workflows.
- Strong grasp of **typography and colour theory**, with experience in branding.
- Creative, artistic, and **detail oriented**.
- Ability to **work in a fast-paced environment** and meet deadlines.
- **Bonus**: Advanced video editing and UI design skills.
- Proactive and self-motivated — you'll work directly with the founder in a **flat team structure** where your ideas are valued.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 2 years of experience as a **Graphic Designer**, ideally in **FMCG**, **health & wellness**, or **beverage** sectors.
- Proficiency in **graphic design software and tools**.
- A strong **portfolio** showcasing a range of digital and print work.
- Excellent **communication and collaboration** skills.
- Up to date with **design trends** and best practices.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹550,000.00 per year
