1. Greet and assist customers, responding to queries and providing product information.

2. Demonstrate toys and games to engage customers and encourage purchases.

3. Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.

4. Maintain thorough knowledge of products, prices, and promotions.

5. Achieve sales targets and contribute to team goals.

6. Restock shelves, maintain display cleanliness, and ensure store organization.

7. Participate in visual merchandising and store displays.

8. Collaborate with colleagues to provide seamless customer experience.

**Requirements**:
1. 1-2 years of retail sales experience (preferably in toys or children's products).

2. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.

3. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

4. Basic math skills and accuracy with cash handling.

5. Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and variable shifts.

Desirable Skills:
1. Knowledge of toys, games, and children's education.

2. Experience with point-of-sale systems.

**Education**:
1. High school diploma or equivalent required.

2. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Sales, or related field (preferred).
