- Develop and update the menu with creative and seasonal offerings.
- Ensure the quality and presentation of dishes meet the highest standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen workspace.
- Manage inventory and order supplies as needed.
- Train and supervise kitchen staff on South Indian cooking techniques.
- Adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a South Indian Chef or similar role.
- Culinary degree or relevant certification is a plus.
- Deep knowledge of South Indian cuisine, spices, and cooking methods.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent time management abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
