**Primary Responsibilities**
- Maintaining the adherence to systems and procedures laid out in the shop floor
- Participating in the continuous improvement projects which are implemented from time to time.
- Training new operators and teach them the safety practices and machining process.

**Additional Duties**
- Managing multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks, and coordinating schedules to meet production deadlines and customer delivery requirements
- Participating in the MFT meetings and refining the processes

**Qualifications, Skills & Abilities**
- Diploma in Tool& Die making or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with 3~5 years experience in Wire EDM
- **Hands on experience Auto cad &Creo.**.
- **Hands on experience in programming of Wire edm Machine using Fikussoftware..**
- Working Knowledge on Agie charmilles Wire EDM Machines.
- Working knowledge with Injection moulds...
- Exposure to costing and cost estimates will be an added advantage.
