**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Proven experience with HTML5, CSS, Scss, Tailwind, and Bootstrap.
- Proficiency in JavaScript/jQuery and modern JavaScript frameworks (React.js or Angular).
- Experience with API integration and creating seamless connections between frontend and backend systems.
- Hands-on experience with at least one CMS platform (Drupal, WordPress, Moodle, or Shopify).
- Strong understanding of responsive design principles and cross-browser compatibility.
- Ability to troubleshoot and debug complex issues.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

**Desirable Attributes**:

- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).
- Knowledge of performance optimization techniques.
- Experience with design tools (e.g., Figma, Photoshop) is a plus.
