**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Train students in **spoken English, articulation, pronunciation, and fluency development**.
- Conduct **public speaking, debate, group discussion, and storytelling sessions** to enhance confidence and communication skills.
- Implement **engaging training methodologies** such as role plays, interactive sessions, and real-life conversation practice.
- Design and execute **structured lesson plans** that align with students’ learning needs.
- Assess student progress through **oral assessments, interactive exercises, and presentations**.
- Organize **communication workshops and language enhancement programs** for students and faculty.
- Provide **one-on-one coaching** to students requiring additional support in spoken English.
- Encourage a **positive and engaging learning environment** where students feel confident to express themselves.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in **English / Communication / Education** (B.Ed. preferred).
- **3-6 years of experience** in communication training, language coaching, or a similar role.
- Strong command over **spoken and written English** with a neutral or refined accent.
- Expertise in **interactive training techniques** such as role plays, debates, and discussions.
- Excellent **public speaking, presentation, and classroom management skills**.
- Ability to **motivate and engage students** through creative and real-world learning methods.
