**Job description**
Arogya Wellness is a root-cause focused integrative healing centre offering diagnostics, lifestyle medicine, physiotherapy, naturopathy, functional medicine, and employee wellness programs.
**Role & responsibilities**
**Clinical Care**:
- Conduct detailed patient assessments (posture, gait, pain points, functional limitations).
- Develop personalized physiotherapy treatment plans for musculoskeletal, neurological, and post-operative conditions.
- Deliver therapies: manual therapy, mobilization, manipulations, dry needling (if certified), cupping, electrotherapy, exercise prescription, and ergonomic advice.
- Integrate physiotherapy protocols with Arogyas root-cause healing therapies (yoga, hydrotherapy, detox).
**Leadership & Supervision**:
- Lead and mentor a small team of junior physiotherapists, interns, or assistants.
- Ensure therapy quality standards and patient safety protocols are met.
- Coordinate with BNYS doctors, dieticians, and other therapists for holistic care plans.
**Corporate Wellness & OPD**:
- Support on-site physiotherapy services during corporate wellness camps.
- Conduct ergonomic assessments at workplaces (if required).
- Provide group sessions for pain management, posture correction, and preventive physiotherapy.
**Patient Education & Tracking**:
- Educate patients on home exercise programs, lifestyle modifications, and injury prevention.
- Maintain accurate case records and periodic progress reports using ArogyaOS (basic EMR).Track patient outcomes and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Masters in Physiotherapy (MPT Musculoskeletal / Orthopaedics / Sports preferred)
- Minimum 35 years of clinical experience, with at least 1-2 years in a lead/supervisory role preferred.
- Sound knowledge of manual therapy techniques, therapeutic exercise, posture correction, and evidence-based protocols.
- Additional certification in dry needling, cupping, or chiropractic techniques is a plus.
Pay: ₹10,074.01 - ₹35,560.87 per month
