Housekeeping Trainee

Key Responsibilities

1. Guest Room and Common Area Maintenance:

- Clean and prepare guest rooms and public spaces to meet hotel standards.
- Ensure beds, furniture, and other room amenities are properly arranged.

2. Laundry and Supplies:

- Replenish room supplies, including toiletries, towels, and linens.
- Assist in sorting, washing, and managing laundry as required.

3. Hygiene and Cleanliness Protocols:

- Follow hygiene and cleanliness protocols to maintain a healthy environment.
- Handle cleaning products and equipment safely and efficiently.

4. Time Management:

- Complete assigned tasks within specified timeframes without compromising quality.
- Prioritize duties to ensure guest satisfaction.

5. Safety and Standards:

- Adhere to safety guidelines and hotel policies to ensure a safe workplace.
- Report any maintenance or repair needs promptly to the supervisor.

**Requirements**:
1. Experience:

- 0-1 year of experience in housekeeping or a related field (hospitality experience preferred but not mandatory).

2. Skills:

- Strong attention to detail and cleanliness.
- Time management skills to handle tasks efficiently.
- Ability to follow instructions and work in a team environment.

3. Knowledge:

- Basic understanding of safety and hygiene standards in housekeeping.

4. Education:

- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred but not required).

Compensation

**Salary**: ₹10,000 - ₹10,500 per month
