**Job Title**:UI/UX Designer

**Responsibilities**:

- Work closely with our design team to understand project requirements and translate them into intuitive user interfaces.
- Plan and implement new designs to enhance user satisfaction.
- Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, and process flows to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
- Optimize existing user interface designs.
- Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and look like.
- Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback.
- Combine creativity with an awareness of the design elements to create aesthetically pleasing and highly functional interfaces.
- Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to clearly understand business goals and user objectives.
- Analyze customer responses and website data to ascertain high performing user experiences.
- Test new ideas before implementing and conduct an ongoing user research.

**Qualifications**:

- A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (such as Computer Science, UX Design, Web Design).
- Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role.
- A strong portfolio of design projects that includes work with web.
- Proficiency in design software such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, Illustrator, Photoshop, or other visual design and wire-framing tools.
- Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and a creative mindset.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Minimum experience of 3 years.

The UI/UX Designer's role is a critical one in our organization and plays a vital role in ensuring the alignment of the web design and user experience with our customer's needs.
