Tool Room Incharge

At least 5-10 years of supervisory experience in tool room operations or a similar role.
- Ensuring that the team understands the mechanism of the tool room and their role within the organisation and the duties of your team.
- Maintain a detailed inventory of tools and equipment, and ensure their proper storage and maintenance.
- Supervise tool room staff, including scheduling, training, and managing performance.
- Meet your targets and those of the team and organisation as a whole.
- Assist Line Manager in achieving maximum customer satisfaction in accordance with organisation plans.
- Responsibly use resources and control expenses to meet agreed budgetary controls.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for the procurement of new tools or the repair of existing ones.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
