**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and site visits.
- Meet with prospective clients to determine their needs and provide suitable property options.
- Conduct site visits and explain features, pricing, and specifications of properties.
- Maintain and update customer databases, follow up with leads, and close deals.
- Coordinate with developers, builders, and internal teams for documentation and inventory updates.
- Handle negotiations and ensure a smooth sales process.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Provide post-sales customer service and support.

- Follow up with interested customers and convert leads into site visits.
- Handle customer queries politely and professionally.
- Work with the sales team to achieve daily and monthly targets.

- Excellent verbal communication in Hindi and/or English
- Confident and clear speaking ability
- Good listening and problem-solving skills
- Basic computer and data entry skills
- Positive attitude and target-driven approach
