Job Title: Data Entry Specialist

Job Overview:
Key Responsibilities:

- Enter and update data into the organization's databases and systems, including but not limited to customer information, financial data, inventory data, and other relevant data.
- Verify the accuracy and completeness of data entries, correcting errors or discrepancies as needed.
- Perform data validation and quality control checks to ensure data integrity and consistency.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive data in compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Review and reconcile data discrepancies, investigating and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Collaborate with other team members, departments, or external stakeholders to obtain missing or incomplete data, and provide support as needed.
- Prepare and maintain reports, spreadsheets, and other documentation related to data entry activities.
- Stay up-to-date with company policies, procedures, and guidelines related to data entry and data management.
- Identify and suggest process improvements to streamline data entry workflows and enhance overall efficiency.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in data entry or related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in data entry or a similar role, with a strong understanding of data entry techniques and best practices.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry, with the ability to spot errors and inconsistencies.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision, as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot data-related issues.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing data entry requirements and workloads.

**Salary**: ₹10,111.57 - ₹15,366.66 per month
