**Job Overview**

**Duties**
- Develop and implement lesson plans that align with the curriculum and educational standards.
- Utilize various teaching methodologies to accommodate diverse learning styles and enhance student understanding.
- Conduct research to stay current in the field and integrate relevant findings into course content.
- Manage classroom dynamics effectively, ensuring a positive and respectful learning atmosphere.
- Utilize Learning Management Systems (LMS) for course delivery, grading, and communication with students.
- Design instructional materials that support curriculum development and enhance the learning experience.
- Provide timely feedback on student performance and facilitate discussions that encourage critical thinking.
- Engage in adult education practices to cater to the unique needs of non-traditional learners.

**Experience**
- Proven experience in higher education teaching, preferably at a leading institute or university level.
- Strong skills in lesson planning, classroom management, and instructional design.
- Familiarity with curriculum development processes and adult education principles.
- Experience using LMS platforms for course management is highly desirable.
- A commitment to fostering an inclusive and supportive educational environment for all students.
