Store Salesman

**Roles & Responsibilities**:
**Customer Service**:
Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting products.

Provide information about various sweets, their ingredients, and any special offers or discounts.

Answer customer queries about prices, product availability, and delivery options.

**Sales and Upselling**:
Promote and sell a variety of Indian sweets to customers.

Suggest additional products or combos to enhance the customer's purchase.

Meet daily or weekly sales targets set by the store manager.

**Product Knowledge**:
Maintain in-depth knowledge of all the sweets, ingredients, and preparation methods.

Stay updated on any new product offerings or seasonal sweets.

Educate customers about traditional and regional sweets.

**Cash Handling & Billing**:
Operate the cash register accurately and handle cash, credit/debit transactions.

Provide customers with accurate bills and ensure that all transactions are properly recorded.

Issue receipts and handle any billing discrepancies.

**Stock Management**:
Monitor inventory levels of sweets and other products.

Ensure that sweets are properly displayed and restocked when necessary.

Report low stock levels or product wastage to the store manager.

**Maintaining Cleanliness**:
Ensure the display counters are clean and organized at all times.

Ensure sweets are stored and presented in a hygienic and appealing manner.

Follow health and safety guidelines for food handling and storage.

**Handling Customer Feedback**:
Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner.

Ensure that all issues are resolved promptly, or escalate to the store manager if needed.

Maintain a positive and friendly attitude toward all customers.

**Promotions & Marketing**:
Assist in setting up promotional displays or seasonal setups (e.g., for festivals like Diwali, Holi).

Inform customers about ongoing promotions, discounts, or loyalty programs.

**Team Collaboration**:
Work effectively with other team members to ensure smooth. store operations.

Coordinate with the store manager regarding sales targets, stock needs, or customer feedback.

**Packaging and Delivery**:
Ensure that sweets are packed neatly and securely for customers.

If applicable, assist with arranging deliveries or home orders.

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
