**Job description**
- Were looking for a Tele caller with expertise in Excel and Google Sheet

**Key Points**:

- Must have knowledge of Excel and Google Sheet
- Preferred minimum 1 year of experience.
- Follow up on leads generated through various marketing campaigns.
- Answer incoming calls from potential clients and provide detailed information about Working processes.
- Respond to client inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns they may have.
- Update client information and status regularly.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proven experience as a tele caller or in a similar customer service role.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in [relevant languages, e.g., English, Hindi].
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to handle objections professionally.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to coordinate efforts and achieve company goals.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:
