**Job Summary**:
The Yarn Marketing Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and monitoring marketing and sales strategies for **Blended, Cotton, Polyester, and Viscose Yarns**. The role focuses on developing domestic and export business, strengthening customer relationships, identifying new opportunities, and achieving sales and profit targets.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement effective marketing and sales strategies for **Blended, Cotton, Polyester, and Viscose Yarns**.
- Identify and expand new markets, customers, and business segments in both **domestic and international** regions.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers, agents, and distributors.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets through effective negotiation and client management.
- Conduct regular **market research and competitor analysis** to track industry trends, pricing, and customer demand.
- Coordinate with **production, quality control, and logistics teams** to ensure timely order execution and customer satisfaction.
- Handle customer inquiries, quotations, and follow-ups in a professional and timely manner.
- Attend trade fairs, exhibitions, and client meetings to promote company products and brand image.
- Collect customer feedback and support product development based on market requirements.
- Prepare **sales forecasts, reports, and performance reviews** for management.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in **Textile Technology / Marketing / Business Administration**.
- MBA in Marketing preferred.
- **Minimum 10-15 years of experience** in **Yarn Marketing (Cotton / Polyester / Viscose / Blended)** in spinning mills or yarn trading companies.
- Strong technical knowledge of yarn types, blends, counts, and spinning processes.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to travel frequently for customer visits and business development.
- Proficient in **MS Office, CRM tools, and report preparation.**
