**Key Responsibilities**:

- Train and mentor students in various folk dance forms
- Prepare students for performances and competitions, particularly youth festivals at the inter-college and state levels.
- Plan, organize, and choreograph dance routines for cultural events and festivals.
- Provide instruction in proper dance techniques, posture, and performance skills.
- Encourage students to actively participate in competitions and promote the importance of preserving cultural heritage through dance.
- Maintain a positive and engaging learning environment for students of varying skill levels.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in performing and teaching folk dances, with a focus on Giddha, Bhangra, and similar traditional dance forms.
- Prior experience participating in youth festivals and preparing students for such events is required.
- Strong understanding of choreography, dance techniques, and the cultural significance of folk dance.
- Ability to work with students of different ages and skill levels.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
