We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist to assist our clients with technical difficulties while using our goods and services.

A Customer Support Specialist's responsibilities include answering customer inquiries, suggesting solutions, and coaching product users through features and capabilities.

To be successful in this career, you must be an excellent communicator who can earn our clients' confidence. You should also be familiar with help desk software. Finally, you will help to build our image as a company that delivers excellent customer service across all sales and after-sales operations.

**Responsibilities**:

- Determine client preferences and aid customers in utilising certain features.
- Product faults should be investigated and reported (for example, by testing different scenarios or impersonating users)
- Technical information and good customer dialogues should be added to our internal databases.
- Monitor social media for consumer complaints and reach out to provide solutions.
- Inform team members about feature requests and solutions that are viable. Customers should be kept up to date on new features and services.
- Keep in touch with customers to ensure that their technical issues are resolved. Collect and share client feedback with our Product, Sales, and Marketing teams.
- Help new Customer Service Representatives with their training. Qualifications and skills
- Working experience as a Customer Support Specialist or in a relevant CS role
- Knowledge about our industry is beneficial.
- Familiarity with help desk software and remote support tools
- CRM system expertise Outstanding communication and problem-solving skills
- Multitasking abilities When dealing with challenging challenges, patience is essential.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

**Salary**: From ₹25,000.00 per month
