EXCELLENT IN COMM SKILLS, PREFERABLLY FROM B2B SALES EXPERIENCE

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Visit clients as per the designated route and schedule.
- Present and promote our products effectively through in-person meetings.
- Understand customer requirements and provide tailored solutions.
- Onboard new customers every month by introducing them to our products and services, ensuring a smooth transition and positive experience.
- Achieve weekly targets for the number of meetings, conversion ratio, and average sales value, ensuring consistent progress toward goals.
- Provide market feedback to the management team regarding customer needs, competitor activity, and industry developments.
- Report daily activities, client visits, and sales performance to management.

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

- Graduate or Postgraduate (any field).
- Aged between 24 and 35 years (Male).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience in sales or customer-facing roles is a plus.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and goal-oriented.
- Ability to work independently
- Willingness to travel to client locations

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift
