**About Vedatma**

Vedatma Consulting is a Student Career Counselling edtech company focused on helping students choose their best-fit educational and career streams aligned with their Unique Natural Potential. We work with students from 9th grade onwards till graduation level. Our personalised one-on-one counselling is delivered through an online process between the counsellor and student.

Vedatma consulting is founded by Eldho Kuruvilla who has extensive experience in working with students from varied age groups. He is MBTI®, MMTIC® and STRONG® certified from Singapore. He is a graduate from St Stephen’s College Delhi and has an MBA from Griffith University Australia. Before starting off with this venture, he has worked with organisations like Arthur Anderson and Co. (now Ernst and Young) and Oracle Corporation.

1. Counselling the students subscribing to the counselling service of VedAtma.

2. Mentoring and guiding the other counsellors of the team

3. Working closely with the top management to keep a track of the counselling processes and suggest changes and upgrades based upon experience and market feedback

4. Maintain proper records of the students counselled

5. Provide inputs to the tech and support team on the evolving LMS / Online Portal of the company

6. The role also requires intermittent interactions with the prospects to help the sales team close sales

**Skills and Experiences Required**

2. MBTI® and Strong® certification will be a huge added advantage

3. Very good verbal and written English communication.

4. Ability to engage with students and parents

5. Basic understanding of the counselling process and the way psychometric assessments work

6. Applicant needs to be a Post Graduate. Educational background in the fields of Teaching, Psychology, Counselling, etc will be an added advantage.

7. Past experience in student career counselling/mentoring will be an added advantage

**Salary**: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
