Tele Caller Executive

We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Tele caller with experience in FMCG (Fast-Moving

Consumer Goods) purchase to join our team. As a Tele caller, you will play a vital role in our sales and

procurement process, engaging with customers and suppliers over the phone to facilitate smooth

understanding of the FMCG industry, and a proven track record of successful telecalling and sales.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Contact potential customers and suppliers via telephone to promote our FMCG products and services.

2. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers and suppliers.

3. Understand customer requirements and provide accurate information about product availability,

pricing, and delivery schedules.

4. Identify and assess customer needs to recommend suitable products and services.

5. Actively listen to customer feedback, inquiries, and complaints, and address them promptly and

professionally.

6. Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions, orders, and follow-up activities.

7. Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and contribute to the growth of the company.

8. Stay updated with product knowledge and industry trends to effectively communicate product

features and benefits.

9. Provide timely feedback to the management regarding market trends, customer preferences, and

competitor activities.

10. Coordinate with the logistics and operations team to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.

11. Assist in resolving any issues related to pricing, product quality, or delivery discrepancies.

**Requirements**:
Proven experience as a Telesales in the FMCG industry, preferably in the purchase department.

Excellent communication skills in the local language and proficiency in English.

Strong knowledge of FMCG products, market trends, and industry dynamics.

Ability to build rapport and maintain professional relationships with customers and suppliers.

Good negotiation and persuasion skills to drive sales and secure favourable terms.

Customer-focused mindset with the ability to understand and address customer needs effectively.

Proficient in using telecommunication systems and CRM software to manage customer interactions and

track sales.

Strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

High level of integrity and ethical conduct in dealing with confidential information.
