Hse Training Coordinator

**Position**: Trainer, Gurugram.
**Business**: Property and Asset Management, Gurugram.

What this job involves

You will oversee and ensure completion of Trainings at respective sites. You will use the assigned apparatus and follow the command structure instructions for Account Head. Your duties will involve:
Dashboard presentation of the data to the sub committee meeting and ensuring the shortfall is met every month.
MOM tracker and Arranging fortnight internal committee meeting
Coordination with DLF team and ensuring the reports are sent on time.
Coordination of any point discussed in the committee meeting and communication from DLF
Data updation for the DUPONT certified trainers and coordinate and nominations for Train the Trainer sessions
Mysetu coordination for committee members, Building team and DLF team
Monthly training coordination as per schedule shared by DLF with building and ensuring monthly trainings are given as per plan and training calender and presentation for the same.
Tactical Exercise coordination as per the schedule shared by DLF from buildings and presentation for the same.
Follow up with buildings and compilation of Trainings trackers as per TNI on dashboard on excel.
Prepare a schedule for new joiners that include the induction and critical training. Identify the trainer and get the training done within 15 days.
Record Keeping for new joiner training and evaluation process.

You will be working on DLF-Team, which is a Client Site, located at Gurugram

**Site dynamics**:
**Work Schedule**: 6 Days Site team: e.g.: Portfolio Team Other details if any.

**Reporting**:
You will be reporting to the Account Director/ Head of Operations as the case may be.

Being Analytical and Meticulous
You will ensure that all fire and life safety systems installed in the premises are working in an effective and efficient manner; and provide criteria on determining the number or type of fire equipment’s needed in a given area.

**Qualifications**:
You will have a Diploma/Degree in Fire Engineering OR Fire Safety with work experience of 3-5 years.
