Qc Supervisor

Job Description: QC Supervisor
- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the QC team to ensure tile production meets quality standards.
- Perform inspections and testing of raw materials, in-process tiles, and finished products.
- Conduct regular inspections of tile batches during various stages of production, including firing, glazing, and packing.
- Perform physical and mechanical tests on tiles (e.g., size, weight, texture, hardness, and visual defects).
- Utilize laboratory equipment to test the physical properties of tiles and document results.
- Identify non-conformities and quality issues during the production process.
- Recommend corrective actions and work with production teams to resolve quality issues.
- Maintain detailed records of inspections, test results, and quality control reports.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly quality reports for senior management.

**Qualifications**:
Bachelor's degree in Glass Ceramic (Compulsory )

**Experience required**:
2 to 3 Years

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
