Nokia IT is building a modern, product-oriented technology organization that executes with urgency, precision, and with an extreme focus on customer service. As part of this journey, Nokia is undergoing a large-scale, global SAP S/4HANA implementation across all business and functional groups. The goal of this implementation is to migrate to a standard SAP S/4HANA ecosystem that is agile, scalable and able to meet Nokia’s current and future needs. In addition, Nokia IT is also improving its internal capabilities to support a Next Generation set of tools and processes.

The Next Generation ERP (NG ERP) program will deliver a harmonized ERP solution for the Nokia business based on an SAP S/4HANA platform. The ERP BODS Lead will be accountable for managing the IT Data Stream including managing budgets, resources, planning and delivering all elements of the NG ERP Data Governance, working with data leads on Data Cleansing and Migration.

The ERP BODS Lead is accountable for data migration activities for the Next Generation ERP Program

**What you will learn and contribute to**

As part of our team, you will:

- Work with project managers and business teams to agree data migration plans
- Leads and supports projects related to master data maintenance tools processes and reports.
- Creates test plans, test cases, and test scripts and performs functional testing & maintains system documentation
- Able to conduct and lead master data workshops
- Good knowledge of SAP master data objects between finance and logistics
- Good knowledge of SAP S/4 HANA
- Collaborate with Supply Chain and Manufacturing stakeholders on ways to make maintaining master data more efficient and continuously improve MDM processes, tools and accuracy
- Manage master data migration tests/trial loads to agreed levels of data volume and quality
- Provides recommendations to address and resolve business issues for business stakeholders
- Work with the business leads to ensure that data reconciliation is performed
- Set up governance processes
- Manage dependencies
- Identify and manage resources (as required)
- Manage and resolve issues
- Identify, manage, and mitigate risks.

**Your skills and experience**

You have:

- 10-15 years of MDM and Master data experience within an SAP Environment.
- Deep knowledge of SAP Master Data objects
- Bachelors’ degree from an accredited college/university
- Understanding of SAP methodologies and processes
- Experience of Agile methodologies
- Ability to travel to at a short notice
- Ability to manage a complex and fluid political environment
- Experience of complex, cross-functional, multi supplier projects
- Ability to develop sustainable relationships with key senior business stakeholders
- Ability to network within the IT and business environment
- International team Management - Able to assimilate and respectfully coordinate across cultures
- Building effective teams and holding them accountable for results
- Integrity and Trust, Customer Focus, Problem Solving, Drive for Results
- Interpersonal communication and collaboration skills
- Highly motivated individual, and a team player who adapts to a dynamic work environment

It would be nice if you also had:

- MBA or MIS from an accredited college/university is preferred
- SAP Certification (Functional and/or technical) preferred
