**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential clients and introduce our products/services.
- Provide accurate information to customers and answer their queries.
- Follow up with leads and maintain a record of calls and customer interactions.
- Schedule appointments and generate leads for the sales team.
- Assist in building and maintaining customer relationships.
- Achieve daily and weekly targets for calls and conversions.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; further education is a plus.
- Previous experience in telecalling or customer service is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Hindi and English; knowledge of regional languages is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets.
