**Role Specifics - Day in the Life**

Plan social media calendars, develop a communications strategy & create thought-leadership content for YouTube Channel
- Ensure regularity and posting content across Instagram, Facebook, Twitter & LinkedIN
- Create reports and boost the posts and reels.
- Pitch, negotiate and execute collaborations with other brands
- Create and deliver press releases, media relations content, case studies, white papers, executive bios, corporate newsletter content, social media content, and speaking proposals
- Coordinate scheduling and logistics, coordinate conferences, press interviews and manage information
- Create engaging content that will increase followers, engagement and reach of all channels

**Must have skills**:
Education - Graduate / Post Graduate in Mass Communication / Branding / Journalism
- Experience - 0-2 months
- Previous internships in social media or similar domain or YT channels
- Your own social media portfolio/profile with a proven track record of scaling following and engagement
- Exceptional written, editing and copywriting skills. Experience in writing creatively and quickly across a range of mediums
- Fluency in working principles of YoutTube, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter & LinkedIn and always staying across the industry evolution of best-practice
- Confidence in being a social media creator - video editing skills
- InShorts or Canva proficiency is key
- An eye for design, and ability to execute and multitask
- Strong understanding of trends and the creative skills to harness them
- Vigor to ideate fresh story ideas, conduct extensive media outreach & prepare briefing materials
- Enthusiastic and proactive approach to learning new skills
