**For Both Primary & Secondary**:

- Deliver engaging and effective English lessons in alignment with the school’s curriculum and academic goals.
- Plan and execute age-appropriate lesson plans, activities, and assessments.
- Foster a positive classroom environment that supports student learning and promotes mutual respect.
- Use a variety of instructional strategies and technologies to meet the needs of diverse learners.
- Encourage reading habits, vocabulary development, and creative expression through interactive activities.
- Prepare students for school assessments and external examinations (if applicable).
- Provide regular feedback on student performance and maintain accurate academic records.
- Participate in parent-teacher meetings, workshops, and school events.
- Collaborate with other teachers and coordinators for interdisciplinary learning.
- Maintain discipline and encourage responsible behavior among students.
- Stay updated with current educational trends and teaching methodologies.

**Specific to Primary Section**:

- Focus on phonics, foundational grammar, early writing skills, and comprehension.
- Introduce storytelling, rhymes, picture reading, and basic creative writing.
- Use playful, experiential methods suitable for younger children.

**Specific to Secondary Section**:

- Teach advanced grammar, essay writing, comprehension, literature, and communication skills.
- Develop critical thinking, debating, and analytical skills through literary texts and writing assignments.
- Prepare students for board exams and English Olympiads or competitions.

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in English / Education (B.Ed. preferred).
- Prior teaching experience (2-5 years) in a school setting.
- Strong command over written and spoken English.
- Experience with CBSE/ICSE/State curriculum (as applicable).

Pay: ₹11,916.77 - ₹36,112.92 per month
