Interview Trainer

Navinora Private Limited is looking for a skilled and confident Interview Trainer to join our Nora Team, which specializes in guiding students for abroad admissions. The role focuses on training students to confidently face university interviews, visa interviews, and other academic or embassy-related interactions required for overseas education.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct one-on-one and group training sessions for students preparing for university and visa interviews.
- Develop customized mock interview scenarios based on country-specific requirements (UK, Canada, Australia, etc.).
- Train students on communication skills, body language, and interview etiquette.
- Provide constructive feedback and personalized tips to improve performance.
- Create and update interview preparation materials, including FAQs and checklists.
- Stay updated on current trends and changes in university/visa interview processes.
- Coordinate with the Nora admissions team to identify training needs for upcoming intakes.
- Track student progress and readiness before their final interview rounds.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Communication, English, HR, or any relevant field.
- Prior experience in interview training, soft skills training, or education counselling is preferred.
- Excellent command of English and good knowledge of global education systems.
- Strong presentation and coaching skills.
- Ability to motivate students and boost their confidence.
- Professional attitude and a student-friendly approach.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
