Responsibilities
- Monitoring and maintaining networks and servers.
- Upgrading, installing and configuring new hardware and software to meet company objectives.
- Administer servers, laptop and desktop computers, printers, firewalls, phones, software deployment, security updates and patches.
- Maintain the IT Asset Management System ensuring that all assets are recorded and updated/removed when required.
- Develop procedures to maintain security and protect systems from unauthorized use, acts of nature and user abuse

**Requirements**:

- 1 years in managing IT infrastructure and services in an IT organization.
- Strong background in Linux server administration and Linux technical support.
- Exposure to ITSM and related frameworks.
