Role:

- As an E-commerce Executive, you'll play a vital role in managing various aspects of our online sales operations, particularly focusing on order processing, inventory management, SPF claims, returns on Amazon and other ecommerce marketplaces.

**Responsibilities**:

- Process orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery to customers.
- Manage inventory levels to optimize stock availability and prevent stockouts.
- Handle SPF claims promptly and effectively to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Oversee returns and replacements, implementing efficient processes to minimize return rates and improve customer experience.
- Analysing all the inventory and creating Amazon FBA shipments for sending inventory to FBA warehouse.
- Manage our presence on the Amazon marketplace, including product listings, pricing strategies, and performance optimization.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in e-commerce operations, particularly in order processing, inventory management, and handling returns.
- Experience managing Amazon seller accounts and understanding of Amazon's policies and procedures.
- Familiarity with SPF claims and resolving related issues.
- Experience in Inventory Control.
- Experience in using any Inventory Management Software is preferred.
- Knowledge of Amazon FBA process.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
