- Good Communicator, must be polite and personable over the phone.
- 1+ years of progressive experience in travel industry revenue management, travel industry distribution/channel management, and/or hospitality operations.
- High proficiency in spoken and written English and Malayalam.
- Familiarity with Hotel Reservations software and/or CRM software a plus.
- Prior experience in Hotel Front Office, customer service/support roles.
- Language Skills
- Food & Accomodation
- Need to reside at property

**Salary**: ₹16,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
