**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Efficiently managing back-office processes encompassing data entry, data analysis, and data research.
- Employing advanced Excel techniques, including VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, INDEX MATCH, and Pivot Tables, to perform data segregation and analysis.
- Collating and consolidating raw data from a variety of sources to ensure comprehensive and accurate datasets.
- Generating reports on a daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly basis, adhering to established timelines and standards.
- Utilizing your expertise to develop automated Excel reports that streamline data collection and reporting processes.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather data inputs and ensure the accuracy of reports and analyses.
- Maintaining a keen attention to detail to identify and rectify any inconsistencies or errors in the data.
- Assisting in the creation of interactive dashboards that facilitate data visualization and enhance decision-making.
- Contributing to process improvements by suggesting innovative ways to enhance data management efficiency and reporting accuracy.

**Key skills required for the role**:

- A proven track record of hands-on experience in utilizing advanced MS Excel functions, including VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, INDEX MATCH, Pivot Tables, and data manipulation techniques.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail to ensure accurate data analysis and reporting.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities to meet reporting deadlines effectively.
- The capability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
- Effective communication skills to convey data insights and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- A problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing data-related challenges.
- A commitment to maintaining data integrity and upholding high standards of accuracy.
- Should be comfortable to travel to various locations of company as per business requirements.

**Salary**: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
