The Cashier will be responsible for processing cash, credit, and debit transactions, ensuring the accuracy of financial transactions, and maintaining records. This position requires excellent customer service skills, attention to detail, and an understanding of financial procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

- **Transaction Processing**: Handle all incoming and outgoing cash, check, and electronic payments, ensuring transactions are accurate and recorded properly in the system.
- **Customer Service**: Provide efficient, friendly service to customers, addressing their inquiries and assisting with any issues related to payments or transactions.
- **Cash Handling**: Ensure cash drawers are balanced at the beginning and end of each shift, and investigate any discrepancies.
- **Records Maintenance**: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of transactions and financial documents.
- **Financial Reporting**: Assist in generating daily, weekly, or monthly financial reports regarding cash flows and balance sheets.
- **Payment Reconciliation**: Reconcile cash and credit payments with accounting records and bank statements.
- **Security Compliance**: Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding cash handling and security measures to prevent theft or loss.
- **Assist with Financial Transactions**: Support other finance team members with financial operations, including billing, invoicing, and reporting.
- **Customer Issue Resolution**: Investigate and resolve payment discrepancies or customer complaints regarding financial transactions.

Qualifications:

- **Education**: BCom
- **Experience**: Previous experience as a cashier or in a similar role in finance or retail is preferred.

Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
