- Ability to handle a fast-paced environment, multitask, and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to address client concerns professionally and promptly.
- Ability to work with sensitive medical data and maintain confidentiality.
- Use **Advanced Excel** to analyze and present data, including managing and creating reports with formulas, pivot tables, and charts.
- Generate, prepare, and maintain **MIS reports** related to calls, customer interactions, and service metrics

Pay: From ₹12,000.00 per month
