**Meta Ads Expert**
**Experience: 2-4 years**
**Job Location: Hebbal, Bengaluru**
**Work Days: Monday - Friday**
**Job Timings: 10 AM - 7 PM**

**Key responsibilities**:

- Crafting ad campaigns aligned with your marketing objectives to ensure maximum impact and ROI.
- Continuously monitoring campaign performance metrics and making data-driven adjustments to enhance results.
- Working closely with various teams to ensure ad campaigns align with overall marketing strategies and goals.
- Overseeing large ad budgets to ensure efficient allocation and optimal utilization.
- Create a media plans and projections based on performance.
- Market research and competitor analysis.
- Driving Marketing Effectiveness through continuous A/B Testing, Ad copy, targeting, and landing pages and CRO to improve overall Market performance.
- Collaborate with design teams to create Eye-Catching ad creatives that resonate with the target audience.
- Execute, track, and optimize campaigns daily/weekly Report on performance as per the decided formats.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in Facebook advertising.

**Requirements**:

- 2 to 4 years of proven work experience as a performance-driven Facebook Ads specialist, with e-commerce-based accounts.
- Demonstrable experience managing campaigns on Facebook.
- Knowledge of e-commerce conversion optimization best practices, including landing page design, A/B testing, and funnel optimization.
- Should have good experience in Creative Strategy and come up with new creative ideas.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to make strategic decisions and optimize campaign performance.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally with other teams.
- Understanding of Google Analytics, Tag Manager, conversion tracking, and attribution modelling is a plus.
- Experience handling campaigns for health & supplement niche is a plus.

Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹650,000.00 per year
