Create strategic plans to extend the sales reach of the organization and execute the plans to grow the customer base.
- Conceive and develop efficient and intuitive marketing strategies.
- Communicate with target audiences and build and develop customer relationships.
- Conduct market research and analysis to evaluate trends, brand awareness, and competition ventures.
- Help with marketing plans, advertising, direct marketing and campaigns.
- Tracking data analytics and using a customer relationship management (CRM) system.
- Receiving, handling and converting Meetings, Events and Group enquiries.
- Build customer relationships and gather feedback.
- Prepare regular marketing activity reports.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact with multiple parties.
- Thorough understanding of the B2B market.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Products ( Words, Excel, Powerpoint).
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Creativity and commercial awareness.
- Strong communication abilities
- Exceptional communication and the capacity to switch up speaking approach
- The capacity to adjust to challenging circumstances
- Having a firm understanding of the products or services the business provides
- Ability to listen and solve problems
