Overview:
**Key responsibilities**:

- Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to development.
- Contribute to all the delivery objectives of Assessment UI Team
- Develop creative concepts and design solutions that align with the company's brand identity and marketing objectives.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and communications, to understand project requirements and objectives.
- Ability to present your designs and sell your solutions to various stakeholders.
- Communicate the daily progress of tasks and risks to Lead/stakeholders.

**Responsibilities**:
**Mandatory Skills**:

- Proficient in design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, Figma, Adobe XD etc.
- Proficient in video editing and vfx tools such as Adobe Premiere and After Effects.
- Good communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of current design trends, color schemes and typography.
- Understanding of implementing responsive design techniques.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality designs.

**Desirable Skills**:

- Knowledge of basic HTML/CSS is desirable.
- Knowledge of Creating wireframes, user flows and site maps is desirable.
- Knowledge of usability and accessibility standards like WCAG is desirable.
- Good planning and organizing skills. Should be a good team player with good interpersonal skills.
- Strong diagnostics analysis and problem-solving abilities and a logical, analytical approach.

**Competency Requirement**:

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Passion for learning and adopting new design tools and processes.
- Must be a team player, energetic with a positive attitude.
- Must be self-motivated, a good communicator, and comfortable with following directions.

**Experience**:
Graduate with a minimum of 2-3 years of work experience in Graphic Design.
