MAIN JOB PURPOSE:
The Demand Fulfilment Product owner will drive optimization of end-to-end supply chain process, as well as development and launch of new products presented as a business case to each individual market. This role will manage the movement of goods in a digital environment by using technology to optimize inventory, routes to market, track shipments, and coordinate with different partners in the supply chain to ensure timely delivery. Expertise in supply chain management and product development will be crucial in ensuring efficient and successful operations and play a key role in identifying, implementing supply chain improvements, evaluating performance, and managing the product development for demand fulfilment.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Develop and implement end-to-end supply chain strategies that align with business objectives, ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality products to customers.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather market insights, identify customer needs, and contribute to the development of new product concepts and specifications.- Manage the product development lifecycle, including ideation, feasibility analysis, testing, and commercialization.- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, assess market potential, and make informed recommendations for new product development.- Lead continuous improvement initiatives to streamline supply chain processes, reduce lead times, and enhance operational efficiency.- Coordinate with logistics partners to ensure efficient transportation, warehousing, and distribution of products to meet customer demand.- Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to monitor supply chain performance, track product development milestones, and measure success.- Stay updated in SCM, with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in supply chain management and product development, and provide recommendations for improvement.- Understand the current roadmap of Unilever, Advise on Product design and prepare a Product launch roadmap.- Define roadmap for country specific initiatives and create business cases for the markets to sign off and once approved drive the implementation.- Strong knowledge of supply chain principles, including demand planning, procurement, inventory management, logistics, and distribution.- Experience in innovation development for supply chain best in class operations, including concept development, feasibility analysis, and commercialization.- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, operations management, business administration, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.- Proven experience in supply chain management, digital product development for demand fulfillment, or a related role, preferably within the consumer goods industry.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in data analysis and interpretation.- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners.- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on meeting deadlines and achieving objectives.- Creative thinking and a passion for innovation and product development.
