Regional Coordinator

**Job Description**:
- Responsible to manage people of all levels and get the job done.
Responsible to manage daily operations of the warehouses.
Authorized to handle financial and accounting management.
Responsible for proper planning of systems and control should be done for the smooth function of the warehouses.
Responsible to coordinate with the principle companies for operation related matters.
Responsible to coach, mentor and motivate employees.
Responsible for reporting product related complaint (s) to PISPL-QA & Principal Company-QA immediately / within one working day.
Responsible for implementation of revised or new QMS processes. Responsible for ensuring record keeping as per SOP : Control of Records.
Responsible for raising change control whenever any changes are being carried out in the facility.
Responsible for maintaining safe and healthy work environment in warehouses within region.
Responsible for action on hazards, near miss, safety observations, suggestions and opportunities are taken.
Responsible for strategy for continuous up gradation of OH and S Management System within the region.
Responsible for providing resources as required.
Responsible for facilitating safe and smooth operations.
Responsible for overall operations within region.
Responsible for audits and closure of non conformance.
Responsible for achievements of objectives.
Member of Management review meeting.
Responsible for identifying risk involve in operations.
**Salary**: Up to ₹700,000.00 per year
