Visa Counselor

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough assessments of client needs and determine the best visa options for their intended travel

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of visa regulations, procedures, and requirements

Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements while processing visas

Build strong relationships with clients to promote repeat business and referrals

Collaborate with other visa counselors and support staff to ensure efficient and effective visa processing

**Requirements**:
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Proficiency in using MS Office and other relevant software

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Gurdaspur, Punjab: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:

- total work: 1 year (preferred)
- Counselling: 1 year (preferred)
