**Job Description - Senior Software Development Engineer - Backend (Golang)**:
Work Place: Bangalore, HSR Layout

Work Mode: Work From Office (Mon-Fri)

**You must have**:

- **4+ years of experience** as Backend Developer
- Good Analytical and **algorithmic** capability
- 1+ Years of experience in **GoLang**
- Knowledge of **RDBMS** as well as NoSQL datastores
- Experience with any of the major public cloud providers (AWS/GCP/Azure)
- Clear understanding of **Git**
- Penchant for good programming practices, **TDD** etc

**What you'd be doing**:

- Own one or more services in entirety
- Drive the overall project and team to ensure delivery within defined timelines
- Mentor & guide the team on development best practices

**It would be nice if you have**:

- Contributed to open source projects
- Experience with UI frameworks like React
- Hands on experience working with message queues like Kafka, EventHub, etc
- Mentoring/ team management experience
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Exposure to more than 1 cloud providers
- Valid US Business visa
