**Responsibilities**:

- Edit and assemble raw footage into polished videos, ensuring visual continuity, seamless transitions, and optimal storytelling.
- Collaborate with the creative team to understand project requirements, objectives, and target audience.
- Trim and rearrange footage to create compelling sequences while maintaining the project's desired pace and structure.
- Incorporate music, sound effects, voice-overs, and graphics to enhance the overall production value.
- Ensure that the final videos adhere to brand guidelines, maintaining consistency in tone, style, and messaging.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, new editing techniques, software updates, and emerging technologies to continually improve skills and stay ahead of the competition.
- Manage and organize project files, maintaining a well-structured and easily accessible archive.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including graphic designers, animators, and content creators, to achieve project goals and meet deadlines.

**Requirements**:

- Proven work experience as a Video Editor or similar role.
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, CorelDRAW, and After Effects is essential.
- Excellent visual design skills, including composition, color theory, and typography.
- Familiarity with video formats, codecs, and compression standards for online and offline distribution.
- Good knowledge of motion graphics, visual effects, and color grading.
- Ability to work creatively and independently, while also being a strong team player.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Attention to detail, with a keen eye for visual aesthetics and design elements.
- Knowledge of audio editing software and experience with sound design is a plus.
- A portfolio or demo reel showcasing previous video editing work is highly desirable.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹13,000.00 per month
