**About the Role**
We are looking for a motivated Sales Executive / Admission Counselor who can handle both office-based counseling and field-level promotional activities (college visits, campus promotions, flyer distribution). You’ll be responsible for generating leads, following up with students, and converting them into admissions for our technical job-oriented courses.

**Key Responsibilities**
Office-based Work:
- Call and counsel students who enquire via WhatsApp, Instagram, or walk-ins
- Explain course structure, fee plans, certification, and placement support
- Follow-up daily with prospective students and update CRM / Google Sheet
- Schedule and conduct demo classes or free orientations
- Maintain detailed admission reports and student status
**Field Work / Sales Outreach**:
- Visit local colleges and coaching centers to promote Bydnow courses
- Distribute flyers and brochures to students
- Conduct seminars or free workshops in degree/polytechnic/engineering colleges
- Represent Bydnow at local job or career fairs
- Generate leads through on-ground promotions and report daily activity

**Requirements**:
- Excellent communication skills in Telugu & Hindi (English is a bonus)
- Confident personality with ability to convince and follow up
- Willing to travel locally for college visits and outreach
- Basic knowledge of sales and lead conversion
- Strong follow-up and documentation skills
- Own vehicle preferred (travel allowance provided for field work)
