Key Responsibilities:
Packing and Shipping:
1. Pack and prepare orders for shipping, ensuring timely and damage-free delivery.

2. Coordinate with logistics providers for pickup and delivery.

3. Verify shipping labels and ensure accurate address information.

4. Maintain packing materials and supplies.

Inventory Management:
1. Receive, inspect, and store inventory, ensuring accurate counting and labeling.

2. Maintain accurate inventory records, tracking stock levels and movements.

3. Conduct regular inventory audits to identify discrepancies.

4. Implement inventory optimization strategies to minimize waste and maximize storage.

Warehouse Organization:
1. Organize and maintain a clean, safe, and efficient warehouse environment.

2. Ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations.

3. Label and categorize inventory for easy identification.

4. Implement a system for tracking and managing returns.

Order Fulfillment:
1. Process and fulfill orders accurately and efficiently.

2. Verify order details, including product, quantity, and shipping information.

3. Investigate and resolve order discrepancies or issues.

**Requirements**:
Technical Skills:
1. 1-2 years of experience in e-commerce, inventory management, or logistics.

2. Proficient in inventory management software (e.g., Zoho, TradeGecko).

3. Familiarity with shipping and logistics providers (e.g., USPS, UPS, FedEx).

4. Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Google Suite.

Soft Skills:
1. Attention to detail and organizational skills.

2. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.

3. Effective communication and problem-solving skills.

4. Physical ability to lift up to 25 kg (55 lbs) and stand for long periods.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Contractual / Temporary

Pay: ₹9,421.76 - ₹20,000.00 per month
