**Job Description (Soft Skills Trainer)**

We are seeking passionate and experienced Soft Skills Trainers to join our team. As a trainer, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the language and communication abilities of our students along with preparing them for their placement tests.

**Qualifications**:

- A Bachelor’s degree from a recognised university.
- Excellent presentation skills with fluency in English and Hindi along with written language.
- Certification in Training and Assessment (e.g., Certificate IV in Training and Assessment).
- Proven experience as a soft skills trainer, preferably in an educational and/or corporate setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for helping individuals develop their soft skills.
- Assessing the strengths and weaknesses of students and formulation of customised training modules
- Creating and developing learning materials such as presentations, handouts, case studies, practical assignments, and self-assessment tasks.
- Develop comprehensive training programs focused on improving communication and language skills of the students.
- Customise and formulate training material and methodologies to suit the learning needs of students.
- Conduct training sessions and share feedback in both individual and classroom settings.
- Assess the progress of participants and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
- Minimum of 3 yrs. of experience as a Trainer, with exposure to engineering & management education.

- Mandi Gobindgarh, Punjab: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required).
- Transport facility from nearby areas available.
- Hostel facility available

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
