Project duration: 2 months

Reporting to: Regional Sales Manager

Education: BBA or MBA (Marketing)
- Graduate or Postgraduate qualification, preferable MBA(Marketing) or BBA
- Basic Understanding about the marketing research, product promotion strategy.

**Project Deliverables**:

- Target participants for research/ survey: retailers, distributors, consumers
- Exact scope and methodology of research/ survey will be confirmed at the time of project, however could contain some or all of the below activities
- To conduct market survey and understand the brand awareness.
- To know the target customers group for new product range.
- To know very specifically what our target customers wants the products to be in context of Size, colour, style and quality.
- To recommend product Promotion Strategy based on pre-launch Survey.
- In case of Post Launch we should check following things:

- Whether our products are displayed properly.
- Whether dealers are positive and selling our products.
- Any complain about the product or any service issue.
- If any after sales service is required from the company.

**Functional Competencies**:

- Knowledge about Market Research Analysis
- Ability to interpret large amounts of data and to multi-task
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Proficient knowledge of databases and MS Office
- Search engines, web analytics and business research tools acumen
- Adequate knowledge of data collection methods (polls, focus groups, surveys etc.)
- Strong analytical and critical thinking

**Behavioural Competencies**:

- Uninhibitedly approaching retailers, distributors and seeking them to participate in the survey
- Proactive, can-do attitude, deploying an agile approach in meeting performance objectives
- Strong team player with a positive, service-oriented attitude who drives process improvements

**Job Types**: Fresher, Internship, Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 2 months

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
